Delivery data

For completed purchases, the delivery service processes the Paddle transaction ID, trusted customer email when Paddle provides it, product ID, price ID, payment status, and a one-way claim-secret hash. It does not store the buyer’s raw claim secret.

Payments

Paddle processes checkout. Otto Store does not collect card numbers. Marketing consent is not enabled by this checkout implementation.

Before release

Otto Store must publish final controller identity, contact details, retention periods, legal bases, subprocessors, and data-rights process before production.
