Stone Witness, Standard Edition, is downloadable software sold as a one-time digital purchase. Once digital delivery or download has been completed, purchases are generally non-refundable.

When a refund may be available

This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law. Refunds or other remedies may be available where the product has a material defect, is materially not as described, was charged incorrectly, or applicable law otherwise requires them.

Digital delivery or download can affect refund eligibility. Please review the product requirements, compatibility notes, known limitations, and third-party Mod disclosure before purchase.

How to request help

Contact support@recallport.cc with your Paddle transaction ID and a concise description. Do not send payment card information or delivery secrets. Paddle, as merchant of record, may process an approved refund under its buyer terms and applicable law.
